Meet Our Family
Xong Lor and Pang Cher Vue immigrated to the United States of America in 1980, less than five years after the US Government withdrew its foreign policy from Laos in 1975, in search for a new beginning in a world unfamiliar. They both reached for the stars by successfully opening Noodle Wrap® in 1996, in Oakwood Mall, calling the City of Eau Claire home.
With the desire to share southeast Asian food and the culture of the Hmong, they continued exploring Hmong cuisine while developing plates that expressed the colors, textures, and flavors of the many cultures within the SE Asian region. As the restaurant evolved, Xong and Pang Cher transitioned into a strip mall to accommodate a dining experience on Gateway drive. Focusing on a handful of creative signature dishes, the two desired a larger space to improve the atmosphere and customer driven experience.
At Noodle Wrap®, on 3021 Mall Dr Ste 1, Eau Claire, WI, 54701, next to HOM Furniture and Festival Foods, the pair has continued the dream of sharing culture, food, and their culinary creativity.
